Ross-Tech provides excellent technical support, wikis, and forums for licensed users. If you encounter a problem while using a loader or clone interface, you will have no recourse for help. Furthermore, using unauthorized hardware violates the Terms of Service, and Ross-Tech actively blocks cloned serial numbers in newer software updates.
