(Ravi Teja), an adrenaline junkie who lives his life entirely for the "kick" or thrill of any situation. Because he cannot stay in any job or relationship that becomes routine, he eventually breaks up with his girlfriend, Rotten Tomatoes Naina later agrees to marry an honest police officer, Kalyan Krishna

The story takes a turn when Shiv meets Katrina (played by Aisha Takia) and her brother Ronnie (played by Nawazuddin Siddiqui). Shiv falls in love with Katrina, but their relationship is put to the test when Shiv's condition worsens, and he needs to take more and more risks to feel alive.

Naina discovers Kalyan's true intentions and realizes that his "recklessness" was actually selfless bravery. She also realizes she is still in love with him. In a high-octane climax, Kalyan executes one final heist to save a child's life, outsmarting everyone. He eventually surrenders to the police but escapes from the court in a comedic and clever twist, proving that no cage can hold a man who seeks the ultimate kick.
