Set in Dharavi, one of the world's largest slums, the story follows , who stands as a shield for the Tamil migrants living there. The central conflict arises when a ruthless politician and former gangster, Hari Abhayankar (played by Nana Patekar), attempts to evict the residents to seize their land for profitable real estate projects under the guise of "cleaning" the city.
