: On your server, ensure the Device Registration Timer is active (found under Global Settings) to allow the newly reset device to connect.
Insert a USB drive (at least 4GB; note that Kingston drives are often incompatible with Liso). Select the downloaded .gz image and flash it to the drive.
: Plug the prepared reset drive into the USB port on the back/bottom of the unit.
Ignore any Windows prompts to "format the drive" after flashing; these occur because the Liso uses a non-Windows partition. 2. Execute the Factory Reset
