The save_directory in enshrouded_server.json is pointing to a network drive or slow HDD. Fix: Move save directory to a local NVMe SSD. Build 01292025 is very sensitive to I/O latency. Use "save_directory": "C:\FastSSD\saves" instead of a default path.
