Make sure you’re looking for BIOS for the board revision. There are at least 3 variants of the Ebox-3300 (R1, R2, R3) and the BIOS is NOT interchangeable. Check the sticker near the RAM slot before flashing anything. Use a USB formatted to FAT16 or FAT32
