Always run DTS Monaco as an Administrator to ensure it has permission to read the license.bin file in the C:\ drive.
Since the license is tied to your hardware, you cannot simply download a universal license.bin . You usually have two options:
Run the main installer (e.g., DTS_Monaco_8_16_Setup.exe ). Follow the wizard and use the default directory paths to avoid configuration errors later.
