Atmosphere is the current gold standard. You cannot install unsigned NSPs without CFW.
If you don't see the Complete Edition content, ensure you installed the separate DLC NSPs alongside the base game file.
Chernobylite Complete Edition requires roughly 10–12 GB of free space. A microSD card formatted as FAT32 or exFAT (with driver support) is essential.
